"Through a strong yoga practice, faith, meditation, prayer, and personal experience, I have realized that the truth, the power to do what is right for each one of us, comes from our own intuiton. The only judgements and limits are the ones we place on ourselves."
Pilar Caso

Originally an aerobics instructor in the Philadelphia area, she began long distance running and cycle training 15 years ago and has competed in half marathons, 10ks, and cycle races. She has also instructed seminars on self-esteem for middle-school teens at The Nashoba Brooks School as well as Lawrence Academy in Groton. A mother of both a teenage daughter and son, Pilar enjoys helping young adults discover the benefits and support yoga can offer., She has recently begun teaching and helping underserved and homeless women of domestic violence and substance abuse recovery for the non-profit organization YogaHOPE.

Pilar’s love and compassionate heart shines through, as she guides her students through the high energy Power Vinyasa Flow. She invites her students to take a journey inward, every time they come to the mat!
