Intro
to Yoga
"Intro
to Yoga" is an introductory level 1 course which quickly reveals why yoga
is now a doctor's first prescription for back and neck pain, muscle tension,
cardiac and other issues. With an emphasis on rehabilitative and restorative
poses, "Intro to Yoga" teaches all the yoga fundamentals, focusing on
strengtening and protecting the back and neck.

Level
I
This level I class teaches the fundamental poses of yoga, helping students
to develop proper alignment and posture, yoga breathing and deep relaxation.
This class focuses on cultivating flexibility and strength and its warm,
inclusive atmosphere is ideal for beginning students and those with some
yoga experience.

Level II
Level II classes require significant core strength and stamina
to explore flowing power/vinyassa sequences and deep, sustained poses
with the Iyengar attention to alignment. Because we focus on the more
challenging poses and inversions, this class is open to those with yoga
experience and not recommended for those with back/neck issues.

and Me Yoga
Get yourself
back into those jeans! This class is designed to be a real workout for
Moms as well as a delightful interactive experience for you and your baby.
Involve your baby as you build flexibility, regain core strength and find
deep relaxation. This class nourishes Mom physically, spiritually and
mentally and babies will learn poses that will help them grow healthier
and stronger. Please bring a blanket for the baby and of course all baby
needs.
